Includes valuation of individual assets and portfolios, litigation support and expert witness testimony, condemnation, acquisition and disposition due diligence, and market research. Stark Langs
16 years' experience, including 3 years with a Big Four firm in real estate consulting, including market studies, private and public offerings, computerized modeling, appraisal research. MBA from UC Berkeley.

Suzanne S. Barnhill
30 years' experience in report preparation, including professional reports, academic papers, and book manuscripts. Holds master's degree in Classics from Emory University.

Dr. Diskin is the real estate professor at Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL., who is an appraiser and consultant in addition. He holds the PhD and MAI.

Dr. George Kimeldorf
Dr. Kimeldorf is a statistician and former professor of statistics at the University of Texas at Dallas. He holds the PhD in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
